General Guidelines
The file’s name should contain the digit code of the proposal provided in the e-mail received by authors.
Papers are to be prepared in English. Authors are expected to submit carefully written and proofread material. Technical terms should be explained. Acronyms should be written out at their first appearance.
The papers should be min 3000 and max-4000 words (including abstract, list of references and author's presentation).
Authors names (with affiliations and indication of author to contact) should be placed below the title.
Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
Keywords
Up to five keywords should be included after the abstract
The paper will be in MS-Word.doc format using Calibri 10 fonts.
Footnotes might be used to clarify the text. Do not use footnotes for citations of references, except for a reference to a URL.
Citations in the text should follow the Harvard reference system.
Tables and figures should be placed close after their first reference in the text. All figures and tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Table headings and figure captions should be centered below the tables and figures.
Pictures
Picture resolution should be 300 DPI. Up to 5 pictures can be used (numbered with arabic numerals) and they have to be sent in a separate folder with their captions). Indication of their position should be included in the text.
Acknowledgments have to be written before the references heading.
References
Harvard reference system will be used for references. Only references cited in the text must appear in the list.
Insert at the end of the paper a short presentation for the authors. Include title, position and e-mail address. Each presentation should not exceed 5 lines.
